About Reinschiff
Reinschiff is a Mallorca-based yacht company providing management, maintenance, refit, storage and brokerage services for yacht owners, captains and the professional yachting industry.
Where it started
A Problem Worth Solving
Reinschiff was founded by Daniel Gaballo after more than 15 years working aboard yachts, including as a superyacht captain and engineer.
During those years, Daniel repeatedly saw the same problem ashore. Owners of luxury yachts without a permanent captain or professional management support were spending too much of their time managing maintenance, coordinating contractors and dealing with technical problems — often when they should simply have been enjoying their yacht.
Reinschiff was created to change that: bringing the standards, organisation and technical understanding of professional yacht operations to privately owned yachts in Mallorca.
The principle was simple: when an owner arrives in Mallorca, the yacht should be ready.
Clean, technically prepared, properly maintained and ready to leave the berth — without the owner having to coordinate cleaners, engineers, shipyards and suppliers themselves.
Reinschiff became the owner's local point of contact, combining hands-on yacht care with technical oversight, troubleshooting and experienced advice.
Making Yacht Ownership Easier
From Owners Support to Shore-Side Partner
As Reinschiff grew, professional captains began relying on us for the same reason as owners: having an experienced and dependable team ashore.
During the busy Mediterranean season, a captain's priority is the owner and guest experience on board. When issues arise, Reinschiff becomes the shore-side team working behind the scenes — troubleshooting technical problems, organising repairs, sourcing parts and coordinating the local support needed to keep the yacht operational.
During winter and refit periods, our role expands further. Our in-house team provides antifouling, Propspeed application, polishing and protective coatings for paint and gelcoat, and teak deck maintenance — allowing captains to coordinate several key maintenance works through one point of contact.
Beyond our own services, captains regularly turn to Reinschiff for technical advice, recommendations of trusted specialist companies and support with the logistics and administrative work surrounding shipyard periods and refits — before, during and after the project.

Over time, Reinschiff also became a trusted local partner for yacht brokers, dealerships and other yachting professionals operating in Mallorca.
From pre-sale preparation and yacht presentation to warranty works, technical coordination and handover support, we provide the local knowledge and operational support needed to get things done efficiently.
Reinschiff also supports dealers and brokers during boat shows and yacht events, preparing yachts to presentation standard and providing on-site support before and throughout the show.
Whether preparing a yacht for a prospective buyer, supporting a dealership or getting a yacht show-ready, our role remains the same: understand what needs to happen, take responsibility and get it done properly.

How Reinschiff Grew
YACHT STORAGE
Our yacht storage facility in Son Bugadelles was a natural next step in the development of Reinschiff. It gives yacht owners, captains and superyachts a secure base in Mallorca where storage, winter maintenance and refit works can be managed through one experienced team.
With 1,000 m² indoor and 1,000 m² outdoor space, a 30T BOATLIFT® and our in-house maintenance services, yachts, chase boats and tenders can be stored, maintained and prepared for the next season — or presented for sale — from one location.
YACHT SALES & NEW BUILD
Brokerage developed in much the same way. After years of advising clients on yacht purchases, inspections and new-build projects, representing them during construction and preparing existing yachts for sale, sales became a natural extension of the relationship.
Today Reinschiff supports clients when buying, building and selling yachts — bringing operational and technical experience into decisions that go far beyond the transaction itself.
